Vakpo E.P. Primary School Water Project

Before: Before the borehole was drilled, students and nearby community members relied on a local stream for their daily water needs.
After: Mayekoo installed a 100-meter-deep borehole equipped with a submersible pump and a 450-gallon water-storage tank. The new water source now serves the school and surrounding community, providing more reliable access to water for an estimated 500 people.

About this project

Mayekoo worked with a driller to drill a 100-meter borehole with a submersible pump and installed a 450-gallon polytank at Vakpo E.P. Primary School. The completed system provides safer, more reliable water for more than 500 pupils and community members.
