Mayekoo’s primary servers and operations are located in the United States.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • fulfill donation, reporting, and tax obligations;

  • maintain accurate accounting records;

  • resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Typically:

  • Donation records: 7 years (minimum) for IRS and financial compliance;

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;

  • Technical logs: up to 2 years for security and diagnostics.

When retention ends, data is securely deleted or de-identified.
