HOW IT WORKS
Support projects that are planned, grounded, and built for real conditions. Mayekoo does more than highlight need. We work to identify practical opportunities, evaluate the fit of each project, define what success should look like, and help move delivery forward with trusted local partners.
We identify real needs
We look for projects tied to genuine community conditions and priorities, not abstract ideas or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every Mayekoo project begins with a verified, community-rooted need — not a donor preference. This is where we define what is in scope, what is out, and what success looks like before any funding is committed.
GIVE TODAY
We evaluate fit and feasibility
We assess partner capacity, project scope, local context, cost, timeline, delivery risks, and what it will take for the work to succeed — before execution moves forward. No project advances without clear answers to: who is delivering this, what are they capable of, what could go wrong, and how will we know it worked?
We define the work clearly
We shape projects around what is actually being funded, delivered, measured, and communicated so expectations stay grounded on all sides — for donors, partners, and communities. Scope, budget, timeline, responsibilities, and delivery requirements are established before execution begins. Donor funds are released in stages tied to milestone completion, not upfront in a lump sum.
We work with trusted local partners
Projects are supported through vetted local NGOs, leaders, contractors, or operators depending on the type of work. Our partners are not vendors — they are co-owners of the outcome. We invest time in partner relationships before projects begin and maintain communication throughout delivery, not just at kickoff and closeout.
We support delivery and track progress
Mayekoo doesn't disappear after funding is wired. We help move projects forward through coordination, oversight, communications, and milestone-based follow-through — flagging risks early and escalating when timelines slip or quality issues emerge. Our team communicates with partners throughout execution so that problems get solved in the field, not discovered after a project is declared complete.
We share proof and stay engaged
Every completed project comes back with GPS coordinates, field photographs, and measurable impact data. We don't declare a project done when construction ends — we declare it done when we can show what it built and who it reached. For long-term projects, we monitor and evaluate after delivery to ensure sustainability. Proof is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time deliverable.
Four pillars. One model.
One shared model. Four different kinds of work.
Mayekoo's core approach stays consistent across all pillars — but the work itself looks different depending on the kind of problem being addressed. See how the model applies in each cause area.
