Help Renovate & Upgrade Cornerstone Primary School in Kenya

Mayekoo (Project Andiamo Foundation), a U.S. 501(c)(3) with an office & team in Accra, is partnering with Wulove Foundation and Cornerstone Church, both in Kenya, to deliver what Cornerstone Primary School needs most—now and for the long term. Uniforms and shoes, daily meals, a drilled well connected to taps and hygienic toilets, and safe permanent classrooms with desks and lights.

Cornerstone Primary School in Kangemi, Nairobi is a lifeline for children from families living on the edge, many orphans, all hungry for a chance. But the school is struggling without basics. These kids learn in dilapidated & unsafe classrooms without access to clean water.

Mayekoo will manage the project using local partners and volunteers. We will provide project updates here and on social media platforms—including pictures, short videos, and simple dashboards (meals served, uniforms delivered, liters of safe water/day, classrooms completed)—so you can see your gift at work.

Gifts of any size are welcome, and larger gifts help drill the well and build classrooms. Please give and share to help these children learn with dignity.

We need your help to fix the basics:

• Essentials: shoes, uniforms, and daily meals so kids can learn with dignity.
• Clean Water & WASH: a drilled well with solar pump, storage tanks, taps, and hygienic toilets + hand washing stations.
• Safe Classrooms: safe classrooms with light, ventilation, desks, and a plan to maintain them.

The plan

Phase 1 — Urgent Essentials (weeks 1–8)

Phase 2 — Water & WASH (months 2–5)
Hydro survey • Drill well • Solar pump + storage tanks • Taps, latrines, and hand-wash stations • Hygiene education

Phase 3 — Classrooms (months 4–16)
Design & permits • Procurement • Foundations to finishes • Desks and storage • Handover with maintenance plan
