Across Africa, hundreds of millions of people still live below the global poverty line.

Mayekoo was created to connect generosity to real community needs across Africa in a more direct, transparent, and trusted way. Our name comes from the Ghanaian phrase “mi ma mo ayekoo,” meaning “well done”— a tribute to everyone helping make change possible.
