The Challenge

Every day, WOLF supports women and children facing overwhelming challenges. Many young girls in underserved areas miss school due to a lack of basic supplies and hygiene products, putting their futures at risk. For instance, our back-to-school initiative helps provide these essentials, but with limited resources, many girls remain unsupported.

One of our beneficiaries, a mother of six battling breast cancer, has resorted to unsafe traditional remedies due to the high cost of medical care. Her children, who were forced to drop out of school due to poverty, are struggling in a single room shared with twelve others. Her young daughter was a victim of abuse, and her twin sister went blind due to untreated medical issues. This family’s story, like so many others, highlights the critical need for accessible healthcare, educational resources, and economic support.
