Support Enquiry Agency Careers Network & Empower Ghana’s Youth Through Career Clubs
Enquiry Agency Careers Network is a licensed nonprofit organization based in East Legon, Accra, Ghana, operating under the Ghana-South Africa Business Chamber. Officially registered with the Registrar General’s Department (Company Reg. No: CG016120223 | Tax ID: C0062662538), the organization is committed to equipping Ghanaian youth with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed career decisions and thrive in the modern workforce.
Our approach is rooted in career guidance, skills development, and entrepreneurship education tailored to youth from low- to middle-income families. By providing direct access to mentorship, apprenticeship, job shadowing, and personalized career exploration, we help build pathways out of poverty and into purpose.
The Challenge
In Ghana, many teenagers complete school without any guidance on what comes next. Without real career exposure, too many youth—especially girls and boys from underserved communities—fall into cycles of unemployment, underemployment, and social vices such as teen pregnancy and substance abuse.
Through our “Careers Not Courses” Project, we’ve launched a flagship Careers Club in Osu, already serving over 14 youth. However, our ability to run effective sessions, expand to other regions, and provide meaningful opportunities like field trips, mentoring, and tutoring is limited by lack of funding.
Why It Matters
The Careers Not Courses Project isn’t just about career talks—it’s about life-changing access. Here’s what your donation will help us do:
- Cover basic administrative expenses so the club can operate consistently
- Facilitate field trips to expose youth to real-world career environments
- Engage volunteer tutors to support after-school learning
- Set up a small library in the Osu Careers Club to improve literacy and learning
- Enroll club members in apprenticeships and job shadowing placements
- Expand Careers Clubs to new communities across Ghana
This program empowers girls to build futures instead of becoming teen mothers and helps boys gain skills instead of falling into crime or joblessness. It’s not just a career club—it’s a bridge to self-reliance and transformation.
Solution & Long-Term Vision
Our mission is to empower 1 million African youth in Ghana—especially those aged 14 to 25 from low-income communities—to make informed career decisions and prepare for meaningful employment.
By 2027, our goal is to have fully functional Careers Clubs in communities across the country, providing:
-
Career mentorship
-
Job readiness training
-
Soft and technical skills development
-
Access to job shadowing and apprenticeship opportunities
With your support, we can create a national movement of purpose-driven youth prepared for the future.
Transparency Promise
We pledge to uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Every contribution will be diligently tracked, with regular updates on our progress and detailed reports on how your donations are making a difference.
