Most of the young athletes come from low-income or underserved communities, struggling with basic needs like proper nutrition, healthcare, and transportation to training. These barriers limit their ability to attend practices, focus, and compete effectively.

Volunteers—who form the heart of AMSA’s operations—often pay out of pocket to keep programs running, covering costs for transport, meals, and equipment.
Additionally, limited administrative resources make it difficult to coordinate training, manage logistics, and expand outreach to more communities and schools.

Without adequate funding, AMSA’s ability to continue transforming lives through sports remains at risk.

Solution

AMSA’s Welfare & Support Fund seeks to raise $2,000 to strengthen the foundation that sustains its programs and people.

2. Supply Essential Equipment: Rugby balls, uniforms, safety gear, and training tools.
