Help Us Build a Hostel for GBV Survivors. Gender-based violence (GBV) remains a pervasive issue in Nigeria, affecting countless women and leaving lasting scars on individuals and communities. At our Women Empowerment and Safe Space Advocacy Center, we are dedicated to addressing and combating this critical issue. We are seeking to raise $20,000 to build a hostel for GBV survivors in Abuja, providing a safe haven for healing, learning, and empowerment.

Challenges

In our mission to prevent GBV, we focus on raising awareness, challenging harmful social norms, and promoting education and empowerment. However, one of our major challenges is the lack of adequate funding. Without sufficient resources, our ability to engage with communities, schools, and institutions is limited. We need your help to continue our targeted campaigns, workshops, and training programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to prevent violence and support survivors.
