Due to recurring banditry and insecurity issues, many residents in impoverished communities in Benue State, Nigeria, have been displaced. These individuals are currently living in camps, receiving donations of food, clothing, and other basic needs from individuals, organizations, and the government. However, the children in these camps also have a right to education. While they have been provided with a school, their families cannot afford the necessary school supplies to make learning easier and more convenient. This shortage not only hampers their ability to participate fully in class but also affects their overall academic performance and enthusiasm for learning. It is heart-wrenching that these eager-to-learn children are held back by the absence of fundamental educational tools.
