    Fit and Healthy Generation Kenya (FHGKenya) is a duly registered NGO under section 10 of the NGOs Coordination Act, 1990. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, our mission is to contribute to health, social well-being, and economic development in Kenya by reducing the burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) through equitable, diversified, and all-inclusive wellness and health programs. We envision a world free of NCDs associated with diet and exercise. We aim to raise $10,000 to enhance our Non-Communicable Diseases Community Awareness Campaign. 

    The Challenges

    Due to limited resources, we currently reach only a few people. Our program was designed to cover both nutrition and fitness assessments, along with educational sessions that include practical and theoretical components. However, due to resource constraints, we are only able to conduct theoretical sessions without the necessary assessments. This limitation hampers our ability to provide comprehensive support to the communities we serve.
