    Welcome to the Women in STEAM Initiative! At the Women in STEAM initiative, we're passionate about transforming the future for girls and young women through technology in Thika, Kenya. Our mission is ambitious: to empower one million girls across Kenya with critical digital literacy and 21st-century skills, preparing them for careers in STEM fields and beyond.
