If you are not completely satisfied with a Prize (other than a Prize in digital format or an Exclusion), you may return it to us for any reason, for refund or exchange, within 14 days after you receive it; or, for defective Prizes, within 30 days after you receive it. Date of receipt is determined by the tracking systems of the applicable carrier. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping any return to us. For you to be eligible for a return, we must receive the return authorization code we provide, along with your Prize in its original condition, original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), your receipt and packing slip, and any and all additional materials accompanying the Prize upon delivery to you. For any returned Prize valued in excess of [$100.00] you must return the Prize using a trackable and insured ship method. Please contact us prior to returning a defective Prize and we will provide a pre-paid return label. A Prize is defective if upon delivery to you, it contains a manufacturing or material defect or damage. If upon receipt of your return, we determine at our sole discretion that the Prize you return is not defective, you authorize us to charge your original payment source (if applicable) the applicable return shipping charge. All determinations regarding Prize returns are at our sole discretion.
Once we receive and validate your return, we will refund you the purchase price you paid for the entries for the Prize (if applicable) to the credit card or other payment mechanism used for payment, at our discretion. Except when you return a defective Prize, you are responsible for the cost of return postage, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the original payment source is unavailable we may issue you an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed.
“Exclusions” are, without limitation, the following Prizes: wearable items that are washed or worn, undergarments, unsealed or opened media, any downloads or items in digital format, e-tickets, physical tickets, personalized items, any perishable goods, make-on-demand or clearly personalized items, and any other Prize we designate as non-returnable (in our sole discretion). If you receive an unacceptably poor download of a digital Prize, you should reattempt the download, and if the issue cannot be resolved, you must inform us as soon as possible and no later than  days from the date of purchase (or the date the download was made available, whichever is later).
You may cancel your receipt of a Prize, in whole or in part, upon request at any time before a Prize enters our shipping process. We may provide a ship confirmation email to update you regarding where a Prize is in our shipping process. After a Prize enters the shipping process, it is subject to the terms of the Returns section of our Returns & Cancellation Policy. We may cancel your Prize, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason. If we cancel a Prize or part of a Prize, we will attempt to notify you by email promptly and initiate a full refund of the cost of any entries for the Prize (if applicable, or canceled portion of the Prize) by credit to the credit card or other payment mechanism used for payment.
