They stall when the paper runs out in October.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eWe are raising $20,000 to change that. \u003cspan\u003eThe funds will support three things.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFirst, the space.\u003c\/strong\u003e A dedicated creative area and library at Tenashie, giving the clubs a room they can rely on and a place where books, materials and equipment can remain ready for use.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSecond, the materials.\u003c\/strong\u003e Shelving and a growing collection of books. Art supplies stocked for the year. Thursday is reading-club day. Children know when it happens. They know where to go. AWO has committed its community artists to give their time and skills on a continuing basis, rather than coming in for a single session. The people who can run the program are ready. That the art materials will not disappear after the first few sessions. That there is a room where the club belongs.
